If you’re visiting the Columbia River Gorge for the first time, Multnomah Falls is non-negotiable. Yes, it’s crowded, but there’s a reason everyone talks about it. The view from the bridge halfway up is iconic, and if you hike a bit further, it thins out fast.
I’d also add Latourell Falls less crowded and really dramatic with the straight drop over basalt columns.
