What is September weather like in Croatia?

I’m planning a Croatia trip in September—will it still be warm enough for beaches, or does it start getting cool?

September is generally seen as a great time to visit Croatia since it offers the 'golden' change from summer to autumn. The weather is still warm and sunny, but without the suffocating heat and the large crowds typical of July and August.

September is widely considered the best time to visit Croatia. The peak summer heat fades into pleasant temperatures ranging from 18°C to 25°C. The Adriatic Sea remains warm enough for swimming, but the massive summer crowds have departed. It’s an ideal time for sightseeing in Dubrovnik or island hopping, as the weather is sunny and dry, yet the atmosphere is much more relaxed.
