What are the top attractions in Fort Myers Florida?

Fort Myers has a nice mix of beaches and history. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are probably the biggest highlights for their clean beaches and sunsets, and I personally think they’re the main reason people visit. You’ve also got the Edison & Ford Winter Estates if you’re into history, plus spots like Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park, and the River District downtown for food and a relaxed vibe.

I've visited Fort Myers a few times and I totally agree with the mentions of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve and the Edison and Ford Winter Estates in the previous posts. Another attraction worth checking out is the Imaginarium Science Center, it's a great place for families and kids with interactive exhibits and a large aquarium. Also, if you're looking for some nice beaches, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are within a short drive.

If you’re going, don’t miss Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island for relaxing, then check out Edison and Ford Winter Estates and nature spots like Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, they’re honestly some of my favorites there 😊
