What are the best things to do in Springfield MO?

"I've spent some time in Springfield and have to say, the best things to do there are pretty laid back. Check out the Route 66 State Park for some nostalgic vibes, and grab a bite at Mother's Cafe for some amazing burgers. If you're looking for some outdoor fun, Table Rock Lake is just a short drive away – perfect for kayaking or just taking in the views."

Springfield, MO offers many attractions including Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium, Fantastic Caverns, Dickerson Park Zoo, Route 66 Car Museum, and Nathanael Greene Park. Visitors can also enjoy Pythian Castle tours, Crystal Cave, and the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden. It’s a great mix of nature, history, and family fun.

Honestly, I loved exploring Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium and wandering through Fantastic Caverns it’s such a cool drive-through cave, plus downtown around Park Central Square has a nice laid-back vibe for food and drinks.
