Hello everyone, I am planning to visit New Orleans. Can someone please suggest me the fun activities and sports I can do there.

In New Orleans, explore the French Quarter and Jackson Square, enjoy beignets at Café du Monde, and hear live jazz at Preservation Hall. Ride the St. Charles streetcar through the Garden District, visit the National WWII Museum, and stroll City Park & NOMA. Don’t miss a Steamboat Natchez cruise, shopping at the French Market, and lively parades, Mardi Gras, and Jazz Fest.

Start with a stroll through the French Quarter—Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and Royal Street are musts. Visit St. Louis Cathedral, ride a steamboat on the Mississippi, and grab beignets at Café du Monde. At night, catch live jazz on Frenchmen Street and enjoy Creole cuisine at a historic restaurant.

Explore the heart of New Orleans music with a visit to the New Orleans Jazz Museum, then bar-hop along Frenchmen Street for live brass bands and funk. Discover hidden speakeasies in the Marigny, dance in the Bywater, and wrap up your night at a late-night jazz club or Second Line parade.

Tour the Garden District for its stunning mansions and oak-lined streets. Visit The National WWII Museum, then walk through Treme, the birthplace of jazz and Black cultural heritage. Learn voodoo history at the Voodoo Museum or visit one of the city’s iconic above-ground cemeteries for an atmospheric, historic experience.

Start your day with shrimp and grits or a boudin breakfast sandwich. Snack on po’boys and gumbo at a neighborhood spot, then try pralines and hot sauce at a French Market stall. Book a cooking class to learn Creole techniques, then dine on oysters and étouffée at a classic restaurant like Commander's Palace.

Wander the Bywater for street art, quirky shops, and local galleries. Take a swamp tour just outside the city to spot alligators and bayou wildlife. Stop by Algiers Point via ferry for a quiet, scenic escape with views of the skyline. Finish with local music at a dive bar away from the tourist crowds.
