Sicily is an amazing destination for solo travelers, there's so much to see and do. I'd definitely recommend checking out Taormina, it's a beautiful hilltop town with stunning views of the sea and some incredible ancient ruins to explore. Palermo is also a must-visit, the capital city has a really vibrant atmosphere and some amazing food markets to try all the local specialties. If you're looking for some beach time, head to Cefalù, it's a charming coastal town with a gorgeous beach and a really relaxed vibe. And of course, no trip to Sicily would be complete without visiting the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, it's an incredible archaeological site that's steeped in history.
