If you want a mix of comfort and location, Hotel Negresco is the most iconic (a bit pricey but worth it for the experience), Hyatt Regency Palais de la Méditerranée is great for a modern luxury stay right on the Promenade des Anglais, and Hotel La Pérouse is a personal favorite for its quieter vibe and amazing sea views; for something more budget-friendly but still solid, I’d go with Ibis Styles Nice Centre Gare since it’s clean, central, and good value.

If you want something iconic and right on the waterfront, Hotel Negresco is the one, but if budget matters, Ibis Styles near the train station is clean and super central for the price.
