Hey, can someone please provide a list of must to have international travel essentials? Please share!

Must-have international travel essentials include a valid passport, travel adapter, charger, travel insurance, medications, copies of important documents, and local currency or international cards.

Your passport, visas, travel insurance, and copies of all relevant documents are necessary for overseas travel. Bring the required chargers, a power bank, an unlocked phone with SIM or eSIM, and a universal adapter. Carry your medicine if required, hand sanitizer, toiletries, and a reusable water bottle. Bring packing cubes, a sleep mask, a neck pillow, and a safe money pouch for convenience and organization. Always have some local currency and a backup card with you, and you'll be OK!

For international travel, essentials include a valid passport, visa (if needed), travel insurance, and copies of important documents. Pack a universal adapter, power bank, and some local currency. Bring medications, toiletries, and hand sanitizer. Use a travel wallet for organization, and carry a daypack, reusable water bottle, and snacks. Don’t forget comfortable clothes, good shoes, and tech tools like offline maps and translation apps. A neck pillow and noise-canceling headphones help during long flights

Travel eSIMs changed the entire experience for me, and it's not something that costs a lot or takes up any space in your luggage - this really made my life so much easier (and cut the roaming costs in half). I tested Ohayu in Switzerland and a couple of other European locations this January, Airalo in North America (mid-2025), and Holafly in Hungary, and so far Ohayu wins for prices, multi-network support, and speed. It's just so much cheaper and can be installed in advance and I no longer have to be terrified of signing up to whatever contract they offer in a language I don't speak. No verifications or relying on public Wi-Fi too.
