Should I put baggage luggage tags?

I just bought a new luggage bag, and it is so dope. I don't wanna put anything else on it. Are luggage tags really mandatory? If not, then Yay!

Yes, you should put luggage tags on all your bags. They help identify your luggage quickly and can be a lifesaver if your bag gets lost. Include your name, phone number, and email—avoid putting your home address for privacy.

Yes, but keep it simple. A small, sturdy tag with your name and phone number is enough. You don’t need anything flashy or personal details like your full address.

Use covered tags to hide your info and only include what's necessary (e.g., phone number, email). Avoid addresses or sensitive details in case the tag is lost or stolen.

Absolutely—especially on checked luggage. Frequent travelers know that even if an airline tag fails or is ripped off, your personal luggage tag is the backup that gets your bag returned faster.

Yes, especially when traveling with kids. Tag all bags—even carry-ons—so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. You can even color-code or use fun designs to make retrieval easier.

Definitely use luggage tags when flying internationally. Bags often get handled by multiple airlines and airports, increasing the chance of misplacement. A tag ensures that if it’s lost, it has a way back to you.
