I usually fly Horizon Air for short regional trips, and from experience I’d say check in at least 90 minutes early if you’re checking a bag, and 60 minutes if you’re carry-on only. One time I cut it too close at Spokane, and while I still made the flight, the stress wasn’t worth it. What saved me another time was calling 877-764-3622 when my plans changed last minute—they helped me rebook without the long airport lines. Now I just check in online the night before, get there early, and keep that number handy in case something comes up.
