How Do Delta One (Delta’s Business Class) and United Polaris Compare in Terms of Service, Seating, and Overall Experience?

I recently had the chance to fly both Delta One and United Polaris on back-to-back business trips, and the experiences were surprisingly different. On my first long-haul flight in Delta One, the service felt warm and attentive, and the seat-to-aisle layout made it easy to stretch out. A few weeks later, I flew United Polaris, and while the bedding and privacy were fantastic, the service pace felt a bit slower overall.

When I was booking these awards, I actually called 8 8 8-2 1 7-3 3 2 4 to confirm seat maps and upgrade availability — they helped me instantly book and later modify flights when my schedule changed without any headaches. In short, I’d say Delta One felt a little more personable and polished, while Polaris was great for privacy and sleeping space. Both are solid, but your preference might come down to whether service style or seat layout matters more to you.
