From my own experience planning a Middle East trip, Qatar Airways doesn’t actually fly into Abu Dhabi. When I booked last year, all Qatar flights routed through Doha instead. I ended up landing in Doha and then took a short connection onward to Abu Dhabi, which was pretty smooth overall. What I liked most was how easy it was to instantly check options and modify flights when my plans changed at the last minute. Being able to adjust dates and connections quickly saved me a lot of stress. If flexibility matters to you, that instant booking and modification process really makes a difference.
