You’re eligible for a full refund from Avelo Airlines instead of travel-fund credit if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and your flight departs at least 7 days (168 hours) later.
In most other cases, cancellations result in “Avelo Cash” (a future-travel credit) rather than a cash refund.
