What is the best time of day for photography cheat sheet during travel?

Most of my trips end with tons of photographs and a head full of memories. Since, I am traveling soon again, can someone tell me what is the best time of the day for photography cheat sheet during travel?

The so-called golden hour (right after sunrise and right before sunset) provides a soft, warm light that is great in portraits and landscapes. Cool and balanced light, Blue hour (just before sunrise and after sunset) is a good time to take atmospheric photos. Harsh midday sun should be avoided except when filters are used or when taking the shot in the shade.
