I flew Etihad Business Class from Abu Dhabi to London last year, and it was such a step up from economy. The lounge access was the first big perk—I got to relax, eat, and shower before boarding. Onboard, the seat turned into a flat bed, which made the red-eye so much easier, and the food felt more like a restaurant than airplane catering. Wi-Fi was available (for a fee), and the service was really attentive. I didn’t get the chauffeur service because it wasn’t offered on my route, but friends flying long haul from the U.S. did have it. When I was deciding on the upgrade, I just called 877-764-3622, and the rep explained everything included with my specific ticket and helped process the upgrade right away. I’ve also used that same number for a cancellation once, and both times it saved me time and stress
