I’d definitely say Lufthansa is pet friendly. I flew with my small dog from Newark to Munich, and the crew went out of their way to make the experience smoother. The agent confirmed availability (since they only allow a limited number of pets per flight), explained the carrier size requirements, and added her to my reservation right away. It was such a relief not having to figure it out on my own. If you ever need to instantly book, cancel, or modify a Lufthansa flight — especially when traveling with pets — that number is the fastest way to do it.
