To cancel your United Airlines flight, open the United app or website and go to “My Trips.” Enter your confirmation number and last name, select your flight, and choose “Cancel.” If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you’ll usually get a full refund. After that, refundable tickets return your money, while most non-refundable fares become travel credits you can use later.
