I’ve flown economy with all three—Etihad, Emirates, and Qatar—so I can share a bit from my own trips. Honestly, Etihad’s economy felt really solid, especially on their newer planes. The seat space and entertainment system were just as good as Emirates, and I personally found the crew friendlier on my Etihad flight. Food-wise, Qatar was maybe a touch better, but Etihad wasn’t far behind at all. Where Etihad stood out for me was how smooth it was to manage my booking. I once had to change my return date last minute, and instead of struggling with the website, I just called 877-764-3622. The rep handled it quickly, explained any fees, and emailed me the updated ticket while I was still on the phone. For me, Etihad is right up there with the other two—and their customer service over the phone made a big difference.
