With Frontier Airlines, you generally cannot get a cash refund if you cancel your flight — tickets are non-refundable unless you purchased a fare with “Refundability” at booking.
However, a full refund to the original form of payment is possible if:
You cancel within 24 hours of booking, and your flight is scheduled more than 7 days out.
The airline cancels the flight or makes a significant schedule change (3+ hours domestic / 6+ hours international) and you choose not to accept a re-booking.
If you don’t meet those conditions, you’re subject to use the ticket value as a travel credit (often minus fees) rather than receiving a full refund.
